Everything in my System is SATA but I want to know what Type of SATA I have?

My MotherBoard Manufacturer is DELL INK.
My MotherBoard Model is OT2HRO {3E1}
My MotherBoard Version is AO2.

I go on Google and I can not Find this MotherBoard.

The specification for your motherboard can be found here.
It is equipped with SATA II (Serial ATA). I don't think you need to worry about what SATA version the drive is because SATA are backwards compatible. All optical drives (CD, DVD, Blu-ray) operate at SATA 1(1,5GBs) speeds, so any drive will work with your PC.
  • Onboard Serial ATA II
  • 3Gb/s data transfer rate
  • Six Serial ATA II connectors
