Hey,

I have dual mosfets which I connected them as common source configuration to switch AC load. My question is how can I protect those mosfets against transient voltage which occurs in power line ? I used tvs and zener diode between gates and source for gate protection. For drain-source protection, which methods do you recommend ? Tvs snubber, putting a varistor, tvs between Line and neutral etc..

Line voltage:110-115VAC
Mosfet Max Vds:300V

I would use a varistor across the line or a bidirectional TVS diode.
