Is this a good replacement for p65nf06 mosfet?
This one FDP3651U?, I notice the Rds little higher, but not too much?, I am interested in other characteristics as I think it's faster and for me more safe for replacement
Attached Datasheets and the UPS circuit also
The mosfets will be 12 mosfets, in the inverter circuit shown at the circuit please look
