Hi, I want to replace this MOSFET in LED power supply, but I am not sure if I identified it correctly. It has TO-252 (DPAK) package, and has written on itself: WG D4N65D. According to my research it could be MDFS4N65D (N-channel MOSFET), but datasheet says nothing about TO-252 package. Can I replace it with WMO07N65C2-CYG ?

A quick look at the datasheets indicates you can substitute with the 7N65 MOSFET, provided it is used in just a basic switching circuit. To be sure, check the pinouts and voltages being applied.
