I designed two 12 Vdc regulated power supplies from a stack of Batteries. I want to put them in series, my question is can I do it? if no waht mods do i need?
I am blowing control circuit when I put them in series.
Thanks,

What is your purpose for putting them (the power supplies) in series?
Show a circuit diagram of how you are connecting them.

Why do You need Regulation in the first place ?
What type of Batteries are being used ?
How are You Charging the Batteries ?
What is the Load they are supplying ?
Do You need a "Split-Supply", or do You just need more Voltage ?

You have a common ground point!?
What is the point of connecting MOSFETs such way, what do you try to achieve, they act as resistors??..still you drive them with pulse?...
What connection is that "? -->"

You need to add a reverse protection diode across each individual source when wiring multiple sources in series. The diodes should be rated for full normal load current and a voltage noticeably more than the individual supply the diode protects.

Your vague sketch is not much help. If you can show us a complete circuit diagram of your dual supply, showing all the batteries, components and interconnections, we may be able to understand and solve the problems you are having.
