Hi guys

Is there a mosfet that can block current flowing from S to D when in its turn off state?? or is there other way to doing this if I don't want to use an diode in series.

The Imax(on) is about 5-6A, the voltage need to be blocked is about 35V when the mosfet is off.

Two MOSFETS connected source-to-source in series may do what you want.
