Hi,
I have been doing some test and reverse engineering on e-bike electric motor and I can not find any info about mosfets that were used for motor driving.
By layout those are definitely some switching transistors (I guess that could be MOSFETs, nominal battery voltage is 36V). Is there anyone, who knows where to find more info about those transistors, or where to buy them?
Marking code says 0106 AL 4730 (sorry for the pic, can not take a better one with my phone..)

I'm doubting they are even mosfets. 4 pins and no heatsink.

The modern power MOSFETs are pretty amazing. Tough for the hobbyist to mount, though.

 

I imagine it will need some decent pours and spacing for heat dissipation for its intended purpose. I just need high current for a short time (200 mS) with extremely low impedance. I bet it could be hot air soldered with a little preheat on the board.

I'm findind them pretty interesting as well, with some thin thermal foil to insulate them from aluminum heatsink, I will have some projects to use them as well.
