Hi!
In my bachelor thesis I need to simulate a PV-Cell. I've chosen to use LT-Spice since the rest of the project is simulated through that.

So I have googled a bit and found a diode and added it to the "standard.dio" file in LT-Spice. I've also built a circuit to find out the I-V characteristics. However I get a much larger Voc than I want, I get about 31V and I want about 6V..

The model I use is the following:
.model PV_Panel D(Is=10n Rs=.5 N=77.06 Cjo=10n M=.5 Eg=85 Xti=230 BV=30 IBV=.001 Vj=.4 Iave=1 Vpk=30 mfg=Generic type=PV)

I've tried to play around with the parameters but as soon as i change them i get a Isc = 0.

So to clarify I want to alter the Voc!

This is what it looks like so far, I'm really hoping for some help!

Yes,
I'm trying to create a battery charger with PV-cells. Thats not a new thing I know, but what I'm trying to achive is a small adapter that is the size of a AA battery. The idea is that you should be able to charge the battery in a window or whatever not going through the hastle of using a charger.
