Mod-60 counter help

Hi all.
I have this exercise that i can't solve; i am using two 74hc190 counter to build a 60 second watch.
This counter should counts up and down (i chose) and it can be reset with a reset button.
I use MOD-6 and MOD-10 to come up with the MOD-60 counter.

If you do a search for stadium counters and clocks using the 74190 you will find lots of examples on this site elsewhere. Focus on the Electronics Chat and Projects forums.
