Here i would like to ask one question that i have designed a Transmitter for RFID application which will operate at frequency of 7.7MHz to 8.7MHz. For designing purpose i used Altium Designer, now i would like to simulate this circuit through Altium Designer, but it is not simulated because of unavailability of SPICE model file of ICs(i.e 74HC74, 74HC4046, 74HC40103, and 74HC4060). So, I am requested to all of you what can i do for mixed signal simulation of this circuit. Please suggest me suitable way by which i can do the needful.
