Hello guys can you help me with this one circuit that i found on the ground ;D i just cant leave a thing like this thrown away so there it is what it might be ?

 

I'd guess the board of a solar-powered garden LED light. The black cylindrical thing looks like an inductor. The black blob is an IC.

 

It is a portion of a plastic battery holder and a switch, transistor and two resistors mounted on a PCB.

 

so you think its solar charger?

 

No. I think it's a boost converter for running a 3V white LED from a small 1.2v NiCd cell, as found in a cheapo garden light. The magic is done by the black blob.

It's the "guts" from a mutli-voltage wall wart.
