Miniature Signal Relay Not Switching States

The first thing that I can recommend is make sure you are putting the voltage to the correct relay pins, should be 1 and 12.
edit: How are you checking to see if the relay changes state?

I have PN: EC2-3NU

I am supplying coil voltage to pin 1 and 12.

I am checking continuity between pins 3 and 4, for example. That contact should open when energized.

What resistance reading do you get between pin 1 and pin 12 ?
Edit Ignore this post. The question has been asked in another post and answered.

You shouldn't need a meter as these make an audible click when energized..
Please try reversing 1 and 12..

Its unlikely that 3 are bad.. BUT its possible..

The diagnosis is not rocket science.. If you know how to apply power and check continuity and thats not working then they are all bad..

power source is a 0-30V 0-5A power supply. it would seem odd that all 3 are bad. I'll give it one last shot later on today.

Does the supply have a constant current limiter function? If so and it is turned all the way down, the supply might not be making enough energy for the coil.

The power supply has the constant current limiter. I'm pulling the required current to be around standard operating power per the datasheet which is approx 140mW
