MicroSD SPI Circuit Design?

I wanted to have a 328p processor (Arduino) play music from a file on a micro SD card. The processor will communicate with the card by SPI. I've looked at the micro SD card datasheets and spent a good amount of time googling it, reading through Adafruits site, etc, with not much luck. Does anyone know a source where I can find the circuitry needed to connect a micro SD to a microcontroller over SPI?

For a SPI connection that only needs to read (no writing) from the card, it looks like all I need is to make connections like the picture below, but there's bunch of parts on the memory card side like like capacitors, level shifters, etc that I am missing and not sure the best place to find:

Thanks in advance!
