I do have a micro sd working correctly however; it moved suddenly to medium protected (reading files are working).
It's like the lock switch is in the lock position but it hasn't one.
I used all types of methods (Microsoft registry, diskpart and Linux tools).
Looking for software to unlock no success end up with the message medium protected.
But it remains locked.
I can get a new one. No problem 10 in stock but I want to know what the hell is going on inside my little micro sd card.

main reason:To protect my other babies to get limp as well.

Any idea?

Great thank you.
An excellent program very useful however; it did not omit the medium protected.
Save will produce that horrible medium protected message.

Hi guys,
thanks for your inputs.
The problem remains. It seems to be a lockout.
To reset the protect flag you need to write to the sd but the protect flag is set.

hi P,
This looks interesting, he waffles a bit but it may help.

If you find a solution let me know as I use uSD in a data logger and I may get the same problem.
