Sounds like a TIA (transient ischemic attack, or mini-stroke) to me. I had one almost two decades ago and it was similar. Speech impairment and weakness in my right hand. Other than that, no pain or disorientation and recovered in ten to fifteen minutes. Had multiple tests run and it was finally determined that the most likely cause, though not definitive, was a congenital atrial septal defect in my heart.
