Hello,
I am also a biomedical technician. I followed the procedure without problem. The lighting works well, but the Mc Grath screen does not turn on.
Does anyone have the same problem ?
I'm using a 3.6V rechargeable lithium battery.
Thank you
Hello!
У мене така ж проблема. Камера не працює після того як я від'єднав батарею та встановив її назад. В чому тут несправність? Ніяких замін та втручань я не робив.

Mod: translated.
Hello!
I have the same problem. The camera does not work after I disconnected the battery and installed it back. What is the problem? I did not make any replacements or interventions.

In quite a few instances the operation of a device or system depends on software loaded into a volatile memory to function. There is no non-volatile storage of the required code. When the power supply voltage is removed or drops below some level the system will cease to function, and reloading the software is required.
This is typically done by disreputable companies . But sometimes it is done by organizations unwilling to include non-volatile memory because of the added cost. At best, they can be simply stupid, but sometimes they want to keep the software inaccessible.
