Not similar. All 32-bit PICs are 3.3V max.

They have some PIC24 running at 5V. For example dsPIC33EV64GM006 has 36 ADC channels and costs below $3.

Of course, all the small ones can run at 5V. New PIC16F18875 or PIC16F18877 have an ADC channel on every pin, so it's almost 40, but since you're going to use pins for other stuff, only 30 or so will be usable. They're around $1.50, so it's probably the cheapest per channel.
