The negative side is working now with the attached circuit. Thanks..

This circuit seems to work with the values shown but I want to keep the noise out of the center tap ground...

The batteries are in an electrically noisy environment with high current dc switching pwm 10-15khz and 3 phase motor drive..

As you can see this has a direct connection from the center tap to the circuit gnd..

Any ideas..

Proteus is not good for simulating analog circuits. Its good to some point for digital ones.

Thanks to Borodinov, you get an instrumental amplifier for which you should learn what does ratio mean for opamps. Check the datasheet for LM358, I do not think its suited for this application, but I am not certain here.

MCP6002 is more suitable. There will be a larger input range. The LM358 maximum output voltage is 1.5 to 1.8 volts less than the supply voltage. This is the total drop in the open pnp transistor (current source) and the Base-Emitter Darlington voltage drop. For MCP6002, this is almost the supply voltage. In addition, the input current is very small and you can use even larger values of resistors, for example, 10 times.
