1) Learn to fly a drone.
2) Find out the maximum legal/practical altitude for a drone in your area.
3) Research/estimate the expected pollution variation up to that altitude.
4) Select/build pollution measuring equipment with sufficient resolution to cover that variation.
5) Decide how you will measure/record drone altitude.
6) Decide if the data will be logged on board or transmitted to ground.
