me designing an AGC - what do you think??

Hi guys

We need an AGC circuit to handle multiple audio signal with different signal strength, can't find a chip to do just that, so I have to design my own. It seems to work in simulation, but I know it would be totally different in the harsh real world.

Please take a look and let me know what you think, what's wrong and what I can improve on, thanks!

Please note my analog skills is not very good.

The LTSpice simulation file is also attached.
