I have a MC2100LS-30 REV treadmill circuit board that won't power up. (No LED)

Visual damage on C20 - 200V 47mF capacitor. 13mm x 22mm.

I can't read the markings on R46 resistor. It looks like the colors are Red Black Gold Gold Black. If these are correct, what is the value for this resistor?

 

Can you post photo of the board? There are a few varieties.

That resistor and capacitor is feeding the LV switching supply for the 12vdc.
Remove the blown items and see if the HV is there.

 

I would still like to replace the damaged components, I can't figure out the value of the resistor.

Common problem with that version of board is the SMPS PS for the 12vdc, it is much better to put the preferable 50/60hz style transformer in!!
