I have a mc2100 els 50w 2y board of a Nordic treadmill , it trips the electrics when the motor powers on for a second I’ve took it apart and discovered this area burnt out what is the part 203 and where would I find I replacement for them 2 and also the 4 pin box ?

 

The 203 are 2k SMT resistors ~2W,, the 4 pin IC appears to be a 4 pin opto, can you trace where the four pins end up?
The SMT should be available at any parts vender, Digikey, Mouser etc.

Thanks for getting back to me so soon max , I seen you responded in some similar posts about this board , not to clued up on circuits but willing to learn , so from the pictures why would it go black after the ic the 2ksmts don’t seem to track to anything . Cheers

 

That version of the MC2100 is one I am not really familiar with, they came out with quite a few different adaptations along the way.
Blacking of the board indicates it has really over heated at that point, usually due to component stress.

 

If I replace those parts you mentioned do you think it will work again ?

 

Toss a coin!
Usually there is some reason for the stressed/burnt parts.
Often a device connected to it.

I have the same symptoms and heat damage on my MC2100.
Have you tried replacing the parts that Max talked about and did it rectify your problem?
