Hi folk,
I have an old Reebok RT1000 which is made by ICON.

My issue is very similar to that in this thread, the board is marked MC-65 REV. A ICON 1997.

As per the title both the 12V and SCR LED are just visible (in the dark).

Having read the above thread (and others) I am still unsure how the 12V is generated, would be grateful for any ideas on troubleshooting.

Bit of an update on this one, would appear that one of my caps has gone AWOL, just its legs remain in the PCB - C8 on my PCB (its the capacitor between the transistor Q2 and Capacitor C4 next to the CUR LIM LED), until I replace that can't really do additional diagnostics. Would anyone have any idea of a value I should install?
