Do you have an output from your DVM? I haven't seen too many like that except for the very expensive type used in a lab.

 

Actually, I want to program the 8051 to work as the maximum demand indicator. By this, I want to measure my college maximum demand. For this, I take the input from my college panel board and I will check it from previous values at regular intervals of time. I considered as this interval as an hour. Now, anyone suggest me how can I interface the 8051 with my college panel board. If my panel board consists of analog meters.
