Hello, I am designing a circuit using MAX20471.
At first I was designing using the SOIC-8 package. When I got my board and the components I realised that I had bought the 12 TDFN, and that the SOIC has a 29 week lead time. So I bought a small adaptor board and wired it to my board.

Whenever I give a high signal to the EN pin, the output is 190mV instead of 5V.
Any idea why that is happening? My circuit is shown below.

Ask any questions, I might have missed something crucial.

Are you certain that the pinout through the adaptor board is right?

 

I tried it the first time and then put it on my hot bed and added some solder paste, just to make sure. Same outcome
