I don't have values for all these to hand for K\(_{IC}\) so you will have to look some up for yourself.
However mild steel and polypropylene are ductile materials and therefore the best candidates. All the others are brittle materials.
Mild steel 100-200
Concrete 0.2 -0.4
Polycarbonate 1.0 - 3.5
Acrylic 1 - 2
all in MN\(^{-3/2}\)
Look up 'fracture toughness' of each material. The one with the lowest is the most brittle, you require the most ductile.
