I have martel 3001 that wont output correctly in the .1 to 10 vdc ranges. it outputs around 7v no matter what you key into the unit. Until u get to 10.1 volts and from there up it works corrctly. I do know that above 10 v a high voltage circuit kicks in so the problem seems to be with the low voltage output circuit. I have scoured the internet for pcb electrical drawings for this model to no avail. I do have them for rhe 2001 but they dont match up to the 3001 model. Would anyone here know where to get the schematics or where i can start to diagnose ans fix this issue?
