I have martel 3001 that wont output correctly in the .1 to 10 vdc ranges. it outputs around 7v no matter what you key into the unit. Until u get to 10.1 volts and from there up it works corrctly. I do know that above 10 v a high voltage circuit kicks in so the problem seems to be with the low...
