I didn't see it in 2 basic pdf's so far. How do make a node, a terminal, that I can then place anywhere else needed, rather than running a wire, you know what I mean.

Anyone know what LT calls their negative regulators like 79xx ?
LTspice mainly only includes Linear Technology (and now Analog Devices) parts, so for other parts you may have to find a model for it and import to LTspice.

Here are some Linear Technology negative linear regulators that should be in LTspice.

good, I've almost fully taken apart a full 335W computer PSU, and measured the cap's, inductors, and zeners. Now I've just found a LT1241 PWM controler, which is basically the same as the 1 in this.

For now I'm just using stand-in voltages for the various windings., getting a feel for what to expect, and not expect. Then when I put it back together it will make a lot more sense to look at on the scope.
