Hey, I am thinking to use mentioned below technique for two switching for my home automation project before using it with the live wire or ground wire.

Is this kind of circuit will work with my I2C relay boards and one-way switch or is there any other precaution also which I have to take care?

Yes it will work, lamp 1 will come on with either the relay pcb or the wall switch, lamp 2 the relay only.

 

Remember you have 220 coming to this board so safety to insure
220 connections do not get loose or under mechanical strain other
than the compression on the connection screw.

Board should be under some kind of insulated safety cover so no accidental
contact can take place by child or adult.

I have one more doubt, Is it possible to send the message to ESP32 whenever I am switching the light Off or On through one-way switch?

 

Yes, there are many projects on web where ESP8266 or ESP32 message switch
status. Even sample examples when you install board in Arduino board manager.

Hackster.io, Youtube......all have basic examples.
