I would like to push a button and make a sound like an old phone ringing

 

There are quite a few audio clips out there to record of Phone ring tones.
Use some kind of play back device to trigger.
I used one of the audio record IC's that are out there on Ebay etc, for a couple of $$.

So it's just like a Parrot calling your name when some visitor comes, the situation happened in Taiwan.

I also checked the price in Taiwan and it cost NT$65, it's close to US$2.00, but it didn't include the shipping fee.
