@abhishek it really depends on what level you want to start at, what you know, and what you have.
  1. You can either buy one, if you don't know how to build one
  2. You can research to determine the weight you need to life and find ready-made components you can put together to do it
  3. You can start from scratch and apply enough math and physics to determine precisely what you want to do, starting with the propeller and building from there

For me, I did option #3, because I had a gross of propellers, so I had to study enough aerodynamics theory and math to figure out how much they could lift at a given RPM, and then I found motors that could do it. After that, I designed and built all the electronics, the air-frame, and then what tranceivers to use so I could communicate with my own protocol. I programmed the embedded firmware for all of it as well.
