Mains capacitor - Physical size vs voltage rating?

Hi. Please can someone can help me with finding the correct replacement capacitor.

The original capacitor purports to be a 4.7uF, MKP (polypropylene film) 400 / 460Vac capacitor, made by AV Arcotronic.
Its dimensions are H32mm, W19mm, L41.5mm, with a 37.5mm lead pitch. - See attached pics

However, the maximum voltage rating for 4.7uF capacitors of this physical size seems to be 220Vac
(see for example https://www.mouser.co.uk/datasheet/2/440/e_WIMA_MKP_4-1139861.pdf)

Capacitors with a 400Vac rating seem to have dimensions of H50mm W35mm L41.5mm which will not fit in the space available.

I have been unable to find any capacitors which match both the voltage rating and physical dimensions.

Please can someone point me in the right direction. Thank you.

Thank you for your interest...

There are two of these capacitors side by side with a gap of about 5mm between them, so the overall space for the pair is L42mm W(19*2)+5 = 43mm, H is not limited.

Did you ever get that GYRO 400Hz supply working?

,

Yes I did, thanks. I am very pleased with the results overall and have also knocked up a resolver to Arduino interface to the read the angles of the gimbals on the INS platform.

See https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/126540043509 and Youtube

Let me know if you would like any more info / circuit diagrams / pics etc. Happy to share

:)
