When a passive LCR circuit has GAIN this is called "Magnitude" because its phase angle gain not amplitude voltage or current gain?

Magnitude means
1.) Phase angle gain
2.) Passive gain from a LCR or RC or LC or LR

How can you get GAIN from a passive LCR or RC or LC or LR?

LC Resonance ? true can't its conductance its very high at this point

1K frequency at -10db into a LC resonance network output is +4db thats a "passive gain" from phase angle gain which is magnitude not amplitude
