Magnetometer (LSM9DS0) interfering analogue sensors

Hi I am using a LSM9DS0 to gather various motion data including magnetometer data. My PCB also includes various physiological sensing elements such as HR and EMG (High input impedance sensors with low BW). The problem I have is that there is a sharp peak noise at the frequency of Mag data on the EMG data. From the LSM9DS0 datasheet I can see that there is a automatic Set/Reset pulse issued at the beginning of each Magnetometer conversion. Has anyone got any advice or experience on this?

Can you implement a software correction? Since you already have the pcb and external devices designed it might be simpler to just use the noise pulse to blank communications or sequence the sensors so that magnetic data is sent while other inputs are idle.

Thanks for the suggestion but the EMG sensors are continues and their data needs to be uninterrupted.

Then You either have to eliminate The noise by modifying the PCB of use some sort of Protection around the sensor (like a plastic/something else cover, so that the signal direction is channeled in a specific direction that isn't the other sensor.
