I just downloaded LTspice, where can i find the library of components to use?

 

My computer might be different. (hopefully yours is faster)
C:\Program Files\LTC\LTspiceXVII
Then under that is a bunch of information you can dig into.

Not sure I understand the question.
When you open LTspice, all the library components will show up under the Select Component Symbol window (select Component in the Edit drop down):
