Does someone know how to model a MCP1700 voltage regulator in LTSpice, or does someone have a library that contains this component?
I need this model for my final project and I didn't find it yet.

Are there any particularly important characteristics of that device which you need to model accurately? If it were me I'd probably just grab the standard LTspice model with the nearest characteristics match.

EDIT: I'm the one who asked :D

I need an output current of more than 100mA, to supply a device with 3.3V and also need low quiescent current(~1.5uA) and low dropout voltage(178mV -> MCP1700).
The input voltage is coming from a photovoltaic cell (Vopen-circuit=6V) that I've already modelled .

OFF: I'm the guy above :x, I made a mess with facebook connection, sorry..
