The average DC output voltage is drifting because the LF347 supply voltage is almost nothing due to its 8mA to 11mA in the 1k resistors. also the capacitors take time to charge. The circuit works fine (but is clipping) when the 1k resistors are replaced with wires and voltage generators are used for the supply voltages.
Why don't you set ".tran" so that you can see only a few output sinewaves instead of hundreds of waves?
