This is an OLD part which Onsemi appears to have mostly abandoned.
You may find this thread of interest. I was intrigued to see in it, a post by Helmut S., a known LTspice guru who is unfortunately no longer with us.

Thanks. First time I've seen a model in a datasheet. It is a logical place to put one, but it appears to be rare.
