I'm was looking to simulate a Frequency Mixer to output the phase difference between two signals. I'm new to LT spice and didn't find any in the default lib or models online. Despite watching tutorials I'm not sure I'm not finding anything because it doesn't exist or because I'm not searching correctly or looking in the right place. Any advice appreciated.

Hi,

Will you be working with two sources that are the same frequency only with different phase shifts and different amplitudes, or are you working with two completely different frequencies as well as different phase shifts and amplitudes?

Two of the same frequncies, just looking at the phase shift. Basically making a simple dopplar radar. Want to transmit a frequncey and look and at the phase shift of the receive signal but would like to simulate it before making some boards.

You can try using an analog switch as the mixer The constant amplitude signal drives the switch, the variable amplitude signal is what is switched. either on/off or else reversing the phase as it is switched. (That takes four switch elements.)
