Here is a parameter search page. From this you can learn what kinds of capacitor have every kind of tolerance rating. I narrowed the answers down to less than 60,000.
Look for a dielectric called either COG or NPO. I forget what they stand for but they have good initial tolerance and the least variation over temperature.
I always have used polystyrene (styroflex , styrol) capacitors for stability.
