I would appreciate any input from the forum on finding a alphanumeric display that will work at low temperatures ~-20F. Preferably a 20 character by 4 line style that would easily interface to a ESP32. I would like the display to be no bigger than 5 by 6 inches.

 

Anything other than LCD, I think.
I’m using Winstar OLED displays which state
“operating temperature: -40 to 80 °C”

Quite possibly the vacuum-flourescent displays, although they may not still be available. LED displays should also work.
