i m designing a power supply for 5V 7.5A

using vicor power DC dC converter

i have connected a low pass RC filter across th output plz tell can it be used for such a high output current

 

Yes, if the values are properly chosen. And if by across you mean in series with the output.

 

now i have been using a series RLC circuit for which

C=7800pF
L=1uH
output will be taken across capacitor ( load parallel to cap)

out put should b

value across cap= 5 V
current = 7.5 A

plz tell wat should be the value/rating of resistor
