Looking to identify blown resistor (R64) to fix treadmill

Hi - I have an old treadmill (Keys Fitness MS1200) and they no longer make the control board. My R64 is blown and looks like the best bet is to try and replace that part. Resistors don't do that to themselves. Some other fault caused too much current through it so replacing the resistor will just result in another burnt resistor - first you need to find and fix the actual fault then you can replace the resistor.
