looking to automate a hay baler

After reading andrewmm's comments I think that is a wise decision. As I have never seen a hay baler I had no idea of it's potential dangers.

Many of the farm accidents are caused by trying to clear clogs from a machine while it is on (a big no-no), since it's often easier to do when the machine is running, which helps clear the debris.
I remember as a kid seeing a man with a missing arm and my dad said he lost it while trying to clear the intake rollers on a threshing machine.
