Which software is used to simulate and analyze the frequency of the circuits as attached in the image.

i have already downloaded but i am not getting the components specially the crystal i dont know how to simulate quartz crystal in LTspice

Use the first image on the link as a reference.
Add a Capacitor symbol and right click on the symbol and enter the parameters from the linked crystal calculator, for 27Mhz xtal.
