I am looking for NMOS PH2625L transistor thru hole or something incan solder manually. I only need about 6 of them but cannot find it. I need cheap one or cheap transistor that has similar characteristics vto = 1vdc and thru hole or something I can solder manually.

Also I need cheap 400ohm, 10k ohm resistor, 1000 ohm, 100 ohm and 5 ohm resistor thru hole that do not get hot or dissipate heat.
Please post any links for purchase.

Yes but thats not thru hole. Know any that is thru hole so that i can manually solder on perfer board?

 

A little bit more about the circuit in which you want to use the MOSFET
will help:

1) how much current will the load draw?

2)How many volts is the available gate drive signals?

3) In what pattern are the holes for the leads?

4) Do you have heatsinking available?

What are the important characteristics? A turn on voltage of 1V isn't satisfied by the device you mentioned.

IRLZ44N has a Vgs(th) of 1-2V.
