I spoke with supervisor to make sure every thing was correct in the opinion
of clerk.I asks direct question about Insurance,home office because
the city you live in has to be ok with it. You have to get Irs number to get
license or you may use your s.s. number. You can check out doing
lobbist work also,the rules are simple because that good for lawyers,
lawyers don't have to pay sales tax for fee's.There a lot of rules that
lawyer's keep in place. Do some thing that don't require inventory.
Remember this rule,find out what you want to do with the basic's
then you don't ask questions of government,you wait till they contact
you and say you need to do this. There should be some guys on forum
that can join about rules of small business. Your biggest concerns are
liability and right IRS forms.
