Hi, I have an assignment in my material science class that requires us to interview an electronics engineer that practices the field of material science at work. I don't have anyone to interview so I'm asking here for a favor if anyone of you is interested to share some of your knowledge and experience when it comes to this subject matter. To those who are interested, please comment or send me a private message. your help is very much appreciated

Welcome to AAC.

Maybe part of that assignment is to see how you approach it? Did you do a search? Try this: "electrical engineers in materials science"

One interesting hit of many: http://guide.berkeley.edu/undergrad...ical-engineering-computer-sciences-materials/

If I were searching for an EE doing materials science, I would start with materials science rather than electronics. Similarly, if I were looking for physicians who became firefighters, I would not ask that question at a national AMA meeting, but rather at firefighters meeting. In other words, start at the target discipline.
