Somewhere I think it said that poster needed 10 posts to message ?; now you have 10 posts.
Check Electronic Goldmine, G22352 , low profile frosted cool white LED, look about right ?
How about a wood frame?

Yes have done all the above yet don’t get an option for ‘start a conversation’ hence the email attempt! Not to worry, thanks
A new member can't start a PM (private message, or "conversation") until you have ten posts. Which you now have so try again. Although moot now, a member with at least ten posts can start a conversation with someone that doesn't and the new person can then participate in the conversation.

Hi,
I am medical and not anyway technological (!) - this forum fascinates me as I really am ignorant of all the phrases and language used!
However, I am a student and trying to find a person or company (whether this is a technology student etc) to make a prototype for me. I wish it to involve 12 LED light bulbs; lighting every 10 seconds for a total of two minutes!

Sounds simple to some, but my mind is shot reading through previous posts and suggestions of how to accomplish this.
Apologies if this is the wrong forum but I noted title 'Projects' and thought I will ask and maybe get pointed in a direction!

Regards
The lights you are referring to run off AC. 85-265VAC per the listing on ebay, at 1.5-2.5W. These are for MAINS power. If we say a single bulb is running at 175VAC @ 2W, that means it's drawing just 11.4mA (impressive). If you want this to run off a battery, you'll need a booster and an inverter. to get you to at least 175VAC (which is really an RMS value, so it's higher), at 140mA for 12 bulbs.
